The Watie Park (North Ogden Pool)
On Monday Monny got a pretend day off so The boys, monny and Aunts Heidi, Shantel and Chels went to the "Watie Park" Harper's 2nd favorite place next to Fat Cats. We played all afternoon. Ben likes the fire hydrant because he can stand next to it and be big. Ben also likes to crawl in the water. Harper likes to jump into the big pool and kept asking to go on the diving board. I told him that he was still to little to jump from the diving board and he said monny catch me. I said that when you jump off the diving board monny can't catch you so you will need to grow a little bit first. Harper loves it at the Watie park they have this ramp that he runs then slides into the water. The first time we went there I through him down the slide so he is not too fond of that. If you ask him if he wants to go down the slide he says blub blub blub harpie hate slide. We had ice cream after and Harper is so good to share with Ben. When they closed Harper says no take nap in watie and went and layed down in the most shallow part of the pool. We bribed him with more ice cream and said night night to the Watie park.

The Treehouse with our cousins
Hey everyone today we went to the Childrens' treehouse in Ogden with our cousins Jill, Chad and Danielle. We had lots of fun playing dress up and with the percussion instruments they have. After the treehouse we went to Harpers favorite Fat Cats and played games. We went to lunch at the Pizza Factory and ate big breadsticks on a stick. It was very fun.
Our First Post!
After having our families blog named set aside and reserved for over a year we are finally starting our Sessions family blog!
Just to start we are going to tell you the basics on our family as it is today. First we are a family of four. April Sessions, Rusty Sessions, and our two sons.. Harper (2 years) and Ben Sessions (9 months). Our family lives in Ogden UT in the second city lived in since our marriage in 2005 on February 17th. Later we were sealed in the Bountiful Utah temple on August 17th 2006 with our first born Harper.
April is working as a TSM (Technical Service Manager) for Inkleys/Ritz Camera and keeps the labs running in 13 stores from Southern Idaho to Central Utah and one store out in Elko Nevada.
Rusty currently stays home with the boys during the day and is a host on a podcast with 2 other hosts that talks about the PC game World of Warcraft and recently got added to the media group that produces the podcast as well as many others as their PR guy.
Harper loves to play with his fun aunts Heidi and the other Heidi, who he is now starting to acualay call Shantel. He looks up to his big uncle David who he calls Dee Dee, and wants to do everything David is doing. Harper can't stand being inside for two long and him and his brother who he calls Bennammin (Ben-a-min) are always hanging around there door waiting for Grandpa to go out the the garden, Heidi to go wather the flowers, Dee Dee to go mow the lawn or Grandma or Shantel to go visit them doing all that so they can snitch a ride along with them. He is growing up way to fast and already has a favorite popular hang out, Fat Cats, an arcade here in Ogden that he saves his money and everyone elses during the week to fund his growing gaming habbits.
Ben on the other hand doesnt care what he is doing as long as it is somthing and involves moving. Ben eats just about anything we can get small enough for him to eat and is quickly learing to walk. He can not walk on his own yet but is faster than the dog in his walker and walks holding onto the couch and the chairs. Right now he is following in his brothers, dads and Dee Dee's foot steps with his gaming and is turning on the Xbox 360 and starting the game Guitar Hero as we type this. Ben's most favorite person in the world is his Grandma Leavitt he will jump from one persons arms to the next until he gets to her and then will lay his head on her shoulder giving her a hug and singing himself to sleep.
